All orders are prepared with care and may include customized selections. Because our products are curated and often customized:

- Order requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

- Substitutions may occur if an item becomes unavailable; substitutions will be of equal or greater value and aligned with the overall intention of the gift.

- Slight variations in packaging, presentation, or product appearance may occur.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this curated process.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing shown on our website is subject and other marketing materials can change at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of invoicing.

We currently accept payment via:

- Zelle

- Check

- Cash (when applicable)

Payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery options, timing, and fees (if applicable) are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

- Local delivery and pickup options may be available.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Once an order has been delivered to the provided address or picked up, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products:

- All sales are final.

- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for curated or customized items.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Allergies & Sensitivities
